Padel Tennis is Europe’s fastest growing sport and now available at Worldham Golf Club, near Alton, Hampshire with two new padel tennis courts to hire 7 days a week and coaching available too!

No need to be a member to join in, anyone can play padel tennis!

Enjoy all the benefits of our Clubhouse before and after your game. There is a small cafe on site, offering hot and cold drinks with snacks and a bar open Monday to Sunday.

We have a WhatsApp community for all those loving Padel at Worldham. We've got 5 ability groups to choose from.

JOIN NEW STARTERS GROUP

Just discovered Padel? This new starters group is perfect for building confidence with rallying and serving.

JOIN IMPROVERS GROUP

Played 4 games plus. Feeling more confident and now want to focus on developing serve & volley as well as learning to use the back wall.

JOIN INTERMEDIATE GROUP

Played 10 games plus & / or have previous racket sports skills to a reasonable level. You need to understand positioning on court & refining basic shot selection.

JOIN INTERMEDIATE PLUS GROUP

Plays regular competitive Padel. Has control and pace on court. Focus now on reading the ball in the corners and perfecting your overhead shots.

JOIN ADVANCED GROUP

Accomplished player looking to elevate their game to the next level. In-depth tactical play and complex match scenarios. Executing winners and ability to force errors.

Exciting coaching news!

We are super excited to welcome two new coaches to Worldham as our Padel Tennis offering goes from strength to strength.

We have Jamie Wilkinson who brings a wealth of experience. His talent and hard work have earned him a spot in the UK's top 50, with a highest ranking of 37. Jamie is eager to share his expertise and passion for padel with our members!

We also have Josh Atwell. Josh transitioned his professional squash skills to the padel court three years ago and quickly established himself as a high-level tournament player, representing Surrey and competing NATIONWIDE! He's ready to help you achieve all your padel goals.

JAMIE WILKINSON

Worldham introduces top padel star Jamie Wilkinson to our venue.

Ranked currently in the top 50 players in Britain - Jamie is currently the Surrey LTA County Champion!

Passionate about Padel he wants to share his love of the game with you.

Join his beginner sessions on a Friday morning or Tuesday after work and find out for yourself why everyone seems to love playing this fun and highly addictive racket sport!

JOSH ATTWELL

Worldham introduces Josh Attwell, one of the UK’s top padel coaches.

Josh was amongst the first 10 players in England to become formerly qualified to coach Padel.

Previously a professional Squash player, his skills enabled him to quickly excel at Padel and climb high in the tournament rankings.

A dedicated and focused coach, he specialises in teaching those at Intermediate level or above.

Lessons include:

Using the back wall

Volley & net position

Serve & return plus overhead shots.

Match play tactics and shot selection
